Arabic Introducing the Family

Hello Katabah!

As I know, almost every early lesson in learning a foreign language, we are suggested to introduce our family. So, let’s do it now too!

تَقْدِيْمُ الْأُسْرَةِ

تَقْدِيْمُ الْأُسْرَتِيْ

هَذَا اَبِىْ وَ هَذِهِ اُمِّىْ

هَذَا اَخِيْ، اِسْمُهُ احمدُ

وَ هَذِهِ اُخْتِىْ، اِسْمُهَا عَائِشَةُ

نَحْنُ اُسْرَةٌ سَعِيْدَةٌ

نَحْنُ اُسْرَةٌ كَبِيْرَةٌ

TRANSLATION (TARJAMAH)

1. Introducing the family.

2. Introducing my family.

3. This is my father and this is my mother.

5. This is my brother, his name is Ahmad.

6. And this is my sister, her name is Aisyah.

7. We are a happy family.

8. We are a big family.

VOCABULARY (MUFRADAT)

تَقْدِيْمُ: Introducing (To introduce)

أُسْرَةٌ: family

الْأُسْرَةِ: the family

الْأُسْرَتِيْ: my family

هَذَا: this (male)

اَبِىْ: my father

وَ: and

هَذِهِ: this

اُمِّىْ: my mother

اَخِيْ: my brother

اِسْمُهُ: his name

هَذِهِ: this (female)

اُخْتِىْ: my sister

اِسْمُهَا: her name
