Possessive Adjective Arabic Grammar (My, Etc.)

Hello Katabah!

On this Arabic tutorial, I learn about basic grammar a little, i.e. Possessive Adjective (Dlamir Muttasil). In specific case, it’s for singular.

ضَمِيْرٌ مُتَّصِل مُفْرَد

(Singular Possessive Adjective.)

يْ + اَخٌ = اَخِيْ

كَ + اَخٌ = اَخُوْكَ

كِ + اَخٌ = اَخُوْكِ

هُ + اَخٌ = اَخُوْهُ

هَا + اَخٌ = اَخُوْهَا

TRANSLATION (TARJAMAH)

1. my brother

2. your (male) brother

3. your (female) brother

4. His brother

5. Her brother

VOCABULARY (MUFRADAT)

يْ: my

اَخٌ: brother

كَ: your (male)

كِ: your (female)

هُ: his

هَا: her
