1. father
أَبٌ
2. my father
أَبِى
3. mother
أُمٌّ
4. my mother
أُمِّى
5. family
عَائِلَةٌ
6. my family
عَائِلَتِى

7. older brother
أَخُ أَكْبَرُ
8. older sister
اُخْتٌ أَكْبَرُ
9. younger brother
اُخٌ اَصْغَرُ
10. younger sister

If we read phrase “my father and my mother”, then we can know about possessive pronoun in Arabic, alright? So, let’s make three such examples again with other vocabularies:
كِتَابْىْ (كِتَابٌ + ىْ)
(my + book)
قَلَمِىْ (قَلَمٌ + ىْ)
(my + pen)
بَيْتِىْ (بَيْتٌ + ىْ)
(my + house)
