Today is English Day (#KamisInggris). So, I write about Arabic in English to translate “Who is this?” and other sentences.

مَنْ هَذَا؟

مَنْ هَذَا التِّلْمِيْذُ؟

مَنْ هَذَانِ التِّلْمِيْذَانِ؟

مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ التِّلْمِيْذُوْنَ؟

مَنْ هَذِهِ؟

مَنْ هَذِهِ التِّلْمِيْذَةُ؟

مَنْ هَذَتَانِ التِّلْمِيْذَتَانِ؟

مَنْ هَؤُلَاءِ التِّلْمِيْذَاتُ؟

TRANSLATION (TARJAMAH)

1. Who is this? (one male)

2. Who is this student? (one male)

3. Who are these students? (two males)

4. Who are these? (three or more males)

5. Who is this? (one female)

6. Who is this student? (one female)

7. Who are these students? (two females)

8. Who are these? (three or more females)

مَنْ: who

هَذَا: this (male)

التِّلْمِيْذُ: the student (male)

هَذَانِ: these (two male)

التِّلْمِيْذَانِ: two students (male)

هَؤُلَاءِ: these (three male or female)
