Celebrity does not only survive with a beautiful face, but knowledge and skill too. Rumor says that some celebrities only ‘sell’ their beauty is not full true because I read there are some celebrities who are diligent to read.
But… unfortunately, I seldom watch television programs that expose celebrities in positive perspective. They prefer exposing scandal issues of celebrities’ family which is known as gossip.
The photo above is Maudy Ayunda. She is a young celebrity from Indonesia. Oxford University approved her to be their student. This is an excellent achievement.
What I know, the university is an excellent campus in the world. It created many alumni who ‘lead’ the world. An article says that Oxford is better than Columbia University, a campus of Obama last time ago.
Of course, the quality is relative because sometimes depending on certain mayor/department. But I’m sure, many people view that Oxford is a top university in the world now.
In fact, if we want to explore Indonesian celebrities’ quality, then we will not face difficulty significantly. We know Rano Karno, a play director who created some educating films. Now, he is a vice governor of Banten.
A young actor Dude Harlino, he also likes reading a book in shooting places. He’s sure that knowledge is very important, and getting knowledge is not only in formal campus.
