On this Arabic tutorial, I make some sentences to express “Are you student?” and other related sentences.

هَلْ اَنْتَ تِلْمِيْذٌ؟

هَلْ اَنْتِ تِلْمِيْذَةٌ؟

هَلْ اَنْتَ مُدَرِّسٌ؟

هَلْ اَنْتِ مُدَرِّسَةٌ؟

هَلْ هُوَ تِلْمِيْذٌ؟

هَلْ هِيَ تِلْمِيْذَةٌ؟

TRANSLATION (TARJAMAH)

1. Are you a student? (male)

2. Are you a student? (female)

3. Are you a teacher? (male)

4. Are you a teacher? (female)

5. Is he a student? (male)

6. Is she a student? (female)

VOCABULARY (MUFRADAT)

هَلْ: (Qestion word): Is…., Are….

اَنْتَ: you (male)

اَنْتِ: you (female)

تِلْمِيْذٌ: student (male)

تِلْمِيْذَةٌ: student (female)

مُدَرِّسٌ: teacher (male)

مُدَرِّسَةٌ: teacher (female)

هُوَ: he

هِيَ: she
