On this Arabic tutorial, I make some sentences by using word “mother”. It is for Elementary School, Class 2.

أُمٌّ

هَذِهِ أُمٌّ

تِلْكَ أُمٌّ

هِيَ أُمٌّ

هَذِهِ أُمِّيْ، هِيَ مُدَرِّسَةٌ

تِلْكَ أُمِّيْ، هِيَ طَبِيْبَةٌ

هِيَ أُمِّيْ، هِيَ مُمَرِّضَةٌ

TRANSLATION (TARJAMAH)

1. Mother.

2. This is a mother.

3. That is a mother.

4. She is a mother.

5. This is my mother. She is a teacher.

6. That is my mother. She is a doctor.

7. She is my mother. She is a nurse.

VOCABULARY (MUFRADAT)

هَذِهِ: this (female)

تِلْكَ: that (female)

هِيَ: she

أُمِّيْ: my mother

مُدَرِّسَةٌ: teacher (female)

طَبِيْبَةٌ: doctor (female)

مُمَرِّضَةٌ: nurse (female)
